emachines 420 wont start?

I have an emachines 420 which I unpluged to relocate, now it won't start.
All I get now is the power supply fan comming on with the orange light on front of tower continually on, and sometimes the orange light will flash with a buzz buzz buzz sound from inside, and this is all before I push the powerup button.
Any suggestions PLEASE?

You may want to check inside the case and see if any cards, cables, etc came loose during the transport. Make sure all adapter cards and memory chips are properly seated, as well as hard drive and cd drive cables.
