battery model?

All desktops use the same kind of battery. Looking at a photo of the motherboard, the battery receptacle seems to be standard.

The side with the "+" goes UP.

Some possible match:
CR2032 (DL2032, BR2032, K-CR2032, E-CR2032) or any other equivalent.

The exact designation depends on the maker.
