Mend Worcester Bosch Greenstar 24i Hot Water Tap

how can i fix heat line condense c24?

The central heating is on and working ok but when i turn the hot water tap on the burner goes out the LED,s go straight to 90 but do not flash i get a trickle of hot water but then cold water.
