Mend Flamerite FO1 Turn Manually Control

No heat coming from Apollo Fire FO1?

I can turn on the Flamerite Apollo FO1 either manually or with the remote control and get the flame effects, but when I try to get heat, either 1 or 2 kilowatts there is nothing whether I try manually or remotely.
Any advice please. I don't have an operating manual.
