My Beko dishwasher doesn't drain. Any suggestions?

My Beko dishwasher doesn't drain. Any suggestions?

Its a DWD 4311. There is nothing in the filters. I don't know how to remove the panel.

lay the dishwasher on its back and remove the metal base.at the top in the middle is the drain pump.quarter twist to release and check if something is jammed in the pump impellor
