I require a user guide for landis and gyr rwb-xp?

I have just moved into a new flat & have never had gas before! The boiler is controlled with Landis & Gyr RWB - XP panel. I can't work out how to use it. The central heating comes on at 3:30 am & the hot water, whenever it feels like it! t's costing us a fortune & driving me mad! If anyone could send basic instructions i.e how to programme the thing, I'd be eternally grateful. My email addy is
