how can i stop pir sensors flashing continuously on securit 700l alarm?

there you go again alarm guy,asking for information,

the red motion detectors on all pir's keep flashing continuously and the zone led's on control panel flash on and off so alarm does not arm have tried to reset and returned to factory settings cleaned all pir's checked tamper switches but lights still continue to flash
