how do I contact C & K Securitech?

Hi all I have a wired c&k securitech 800L alarm in my house can I install wireless window shock sensors to this alarm system and if how?????

We've recently had an extention which means we dont have the back door which had the sensor on it. now we cant set the alarm because it says there is a fault with the door sensors. What can we do???

It is likely the back up battery in the panel is depleated. The alarm system will most likely have a SAB unit installed in the bell box. It's job is to sound the alarm if an intruder broke in and smashed the panel from the wall. If you have a power cut and the battery in the panel is faulty then the SAB will sound. Also when the power returns to the house the panel can be subject to a "spike". The best course of action would be to get your panel serviced or if your upto it you can purchase a replacement battery.
