Mend Hotpoint TDC 30 Tumble Dryer Condenser Electrics

Hotpoint aquarious condenser TDC 30, keeps tripping electrics?

Dryier was working fine, moved house, and since then when we turn it on it trips the house electrics.
one of the little coil heaters at the back is broke in the middle, otherwise looks fine
