can any one help my mum.. she has a xenius 32 inch tv and some clown has put a parental lock code on it and now every time it turns on it asks for a code that we dont know can anyone plz help
my remote will not work my tv i have checked the batteries and its not that do i need a code to get it working again

i actually have the same problem with the child lock, i cant fix any settings on mine because of it and i wasnt given the code when i bought it from the store. I think those idiots do it on purpose to annoy the customers.
