I have only had my Samsung 32 inch tv for 9 months. Yesterday, the picture just went out. The power was still on, just no picture. I checked all the connections and still power with no picture.

The major cause for lost pictures in TV is caused by a vertical circuit problem. This is caused by bad soldiering of connections on the vertical output IC.
