Mend Hoover HDV6

My Hoover HDV6 is not operating correctly?

I changed the PCB as per most other peoples faults, although now there is a delay from when pressing the on button to the appliance operating. Also the filter care light is illuminating during the first 30 secs or so then going out. Also i tested it with some clothes, they came out really really hot. Anyone help please??
