Mend Smeg CE854GX Oven Cooker Gas

Smeg CE854GX oven problem?

Have had this cooker for about 8 years. Yesterday I did the montly clean of the door, seals and surrounds. Lit the oven and the gas now goes out as soon as the oven kob is released.

Anyone any ideas?
