Mend Kelvinator Water Open Cold

water pooling in egg trays?

we have an old Kelvinator. Recently, when I open the fridge door, there is water (very cold) in egg tray. The fridge had an icemaker put in several years ago. any idea what the problem is? there's no water on floor, etc.
