Mend Worcester 28CDi Plate Heat Exchanger

Worcester 28cdi plate heat exchanger?

I suspect this is leaking fresh cold water into the system which is an open system not pressurized. This is causing my top up tank to fill daily so I am syphoning it daily. Is there anywhere to see the procedure for replacing this part which is entirely water related so I was intending to do it myself.
