Mend Sony DCCR-IP45 Working Fine Ago

How can i fix my sony DCCR-IP45?

The video camera was working fine a couple of weeks ago and we were filming on a mountain, and it was raining the next day we tried using the camera and there is no power nothing is working. I have tried charging it up but no light comes on to say it is charging it just seems whatever i try there is no power at all. please can you advise us what we can do or try to get the power back on the camera
