Mend Electric Power Buy

my electric toothbrush has died. ?

it can be recharged however there is no power. Can it be repaired or should i just buy a new one?
I have had it 1 year.

Hi,
Had the same problem with mine and I renewed the rechargeable batteries.
It has to be dismantled to un-solder the old ones. I used 2 AA btrys of a higher maH and is working just great.
