Citroen Berlingo radio shows ERROR?

Hay 88, thank you for the code for the Phillips radio, it is the number written in felt tip on the radio. However, I am still having the same problem entering the code. I leave the power on until the display shows CODE, briefly, then -- -- -- --, I put in the code using the preset buttons, then pressed 5 (as previously advised) to end the process, but it goes to ERROR (now 10 ERROR) What an I doing wrong?

I put the code into the stereo of my Citroen Berlingo but error 6 came up firstly, now error 7 is coming up, how can I clear this?

and what model philips?
it's number 6 press and hold to store code on some.
it is U333 AND NOT V333
U333= 5625
V333= 4622

post all the info off of the radio to see if i can help with the right code have a look to see if you have a number something like TOU123
