Green pilot light flashing but frig & freezer seem to be continuing to work at the moment. Is there a potential problem

Zanussi Kitchen Appliances, Freezers Green Light Flashing

there is a fault present and this is possibly why it flashes.could be a faulty auto defrost issue or just a bad connection to the defrost components.This isn't a fault that can be repaired easy without some specialist knowledge.Might need to call zanussi on this one as local repairer will not have a clue in my honest opinion
