how can ifix my 42 inch techwood plazma?

my tv wouldnt pick up the freeveiw on scart1 and i have no remote so i wondered if i may have changed the settings on the seperate boxed control panel and whilst doing so i accedently switched on child lock,in doing so,my tvs scart 1 search timed out and the tv switched off.now,i cant switch it back on please help.i am unsure which model it is.i have looked for a reset button but to no avail.
