Mend Pioneer Bought Start Button

how can i fix a pioneer cdj 800 mk1?

i bought a pioneer mk1 and when i start it up the cue button never loads the first beat of the track i have to find the beginning of the track manually and the light never appears inless done manually if you have a solution let me know
