Mend Creda Dryer Power Fuse

how can I fix my creda tumble dryer?

The dryer will not work at all even though it is connected to the power and I have tested the fuse in the plug. I suspect there is a problem getting power to it and the door does not seem to shut quite the same as when it was working. I suspect there is a connection problem in the door catch somewhere
