Mend Durabrand CG5660-M Digital Receiver Channels

How can i fix my Durabrand Set Top box? Help?!?

My CG5660-M Durabrang Digital set top box says it will only install channels 21-69 However it wont even install these, I've tried manually installing them and it all comes up the same and says no channels can be found, how can i get all my channels back? Thanks :)
