Ref Daewoo DS608P Free to view Digital Receiver?

Saw Watchdog on BBC , now i know that its nothing I have done to cause the problem.
Question is ,does Daewoo value its reputation and will do something about it ,or will it go the same way as its cars and we shall all purchase Chevvy top boxes
Any advice would be appreciated please

Actually Daewoo are standing behind their products. If you contact Daewoo they will tell you how to get this fixed.

At one time they were simply shipping out new boxes to those people affected by this in return for a photo of the Serial Number plate of the box.

Yet another example of how Google is becoming the new Wikipedia - a huge repository of inaccurate information.

John - I have the same problem. If you google it you will find suggestions that this model is now obsolete. Have to buy another one but you might want to give Daewoo models a miss. Could sell it on ebay as a door stop.
