Mend Indesit R24 Fridge Door Seal

I have just bought replacement fridge door seal R24 Indesit fridge freezer?

Does anyone know how to replace the door seal, I have looked online but videos only show how to pull off old fridge seal and stick on new one. This can't be done with the R24 as the seal runs under part of the door! Any ideas???
