Mend Ryobi SS30 Replaced Gas Filter

how do I repair a ryboi ss30 that runs in choke but?

I replaced the gas lines in my ryboi ss30 and reconnected the filter that fell off. now it runs on choke but when I flip the switch to engage and increase speed it stops. Any help?
