How can I fix my Bissell Proheat 2x Turbo?

My Bissell Proheat 2x will not let the clean water come out of the tank, only the solution comes out!! The cleaner is only 2.5 years old and hardly used. I've tried re-aligning the tank and cleaning out all the filters but still no go!! Any ideas please??
