Mend Hotpoint WD440 Tumble Dryer Switch

Tumble dryer on my Hotpoint WD440 not working?

Hi,
When I switch my WD440 onto dry mode, it sounds and looks as though it is working fine, but it's not, no hot air at all.
Could this be a simple home fix, or does it need a professional?
