I can't help you I'm afraid but mine has just developed the same problem. Everything seems ok but it just doesn't dry. As mine is rented I'll get back to you when the engineer has been and maybe I can tell you what the problem is. It might take a few days as sometimes you have to wait a day or so for an engineer especially at this time of year. I'm really annoyed as I have only had it a few weeks!!
