yes, you need to take quite a bit away to get to the on/ off controller - first remove the three screws on the plastic backing on the top. The plastic back can then be pulled off. Slide out the melamine top. push the side bits to the rear - they will then come off. Remove all the around the door apart from those holding the hinges and the door catch. remove the condenser door and then remove the three screws under the main panel (with the door). There are four screws on the top - one in each corner and two in towards the middle - remove all these and you should be able to prise lift off the main door and front. The switches can then be accessed (there;s three holding screws). This is the bit I can't manage though - how to get the switches out of the plate without damaging either - they look like are installed, never to be removed again... Good luck!!
