Mend Sportcraft TX2.5 Stuck Machine Help

How do I reset the Sportcraft TX2.5?

My Sportcraft threadmill is stuck on 7 and I have tried everything that I can think of to reset the machine. Any help you can give me would be appreciated and can you tell me where I can get a manual on this machine also.

remove the safety key for a second then istall back into control panel

now press the speed up key once

now release the mode and stop keys
