Hoover Elite 350?

Where is the start/stop on this vacuum? How do I replace the belt on this vacuum?

I have the same problem with the motor clamp and was wondering if you have bought a new one I could have your good one? My handle release mechanism is also broken.

I thought my belt broke, so I took my 350 apart and realized that the plastic motor mount had broke off causing the gear that holds the belt on the motor to also break off. Does anyone know where I could purchase these parts or does anyone have a Hoover Elite 350 that doesn't work who would be interested in salvaging the parts? Email me at clark2007@comcast.net. The start or off/on switch is on the left hand side of the handle beneath the place where the power cord enters. The belt is accessed by removing the plastic cover on the bottom. Ther are no screws. You muct use a screwdriver to push the little tabs back and then pull the cover off.
