water coming out?

why is my 53 plate peugot 406 throwing water out of the expansion tank wether its hot or cold, but the car drives fine?

Peugeot Peugeot 406 Vehicles, Cars Water Coming Out

if water bubbles/boils instantly from COLD suspect cylinder head gasket,or cylinder head is cracked allowing the massive pressure of the firing cylinder to enter into the water jacket system and then escaping through the expansion bottle
