Mend LG 42inch Tv Months Problems

how can i fix my lg 42inch full hd television ?

Having had my lg 42inch tv for a couple of months with no problems decided to buy a freeview hd box ,since then the picture when first switching on is dull and fractured .this can be overcome by wiggling the tv.Even with the new box disconnected the same problem now occurs and is getting worse.Can anybody help?By the way my tv is full hd 1080p.

Have you tried going back to factory settings? Try factory reset and then check if the problem persists.
