TV/VCR combo shuts off when you try to eject stuck tape?
I can't afford a repairman. Help. My daughter's irreplaceable cheer tape will not come out of vcr/tv combo...I tried all the web fixes suggested...but the minute you hit eject you get a rainbow flash and power cuts out.
I just had the same problem. Believe it or not press the eject button and whack it a few times if the vcr is on the top. If the vcr is on the bottom you can turn the unit upside down and try it. It worked for me and I was at my wits end!
