How do I replace the front bumper on my ford mondeo mk1?

Would not advise it if youre 6 months pregnant.. You need to take the belly pan off which is about 8 hex screws.. Then unplug the fog lamps if fitted. There are 4 bolts, 12/13mm up inside the front of chassis, either side of the radiator which need undoing. Unclip the bumper from the wings, should slide out.. Its quite easy, if youre not pregnant..!!

prob not there are a total of 4 13mm nuts on the inside of the bumper 2 on either side these have to be reached through the engine bay

id take it to a garage not a job for a pregnant lady
