how do i get off thefront bumper on a ford mondeo mrk3 2001 please help

i had same problem with my mk2
you must free the wheel arches nearest the bumper
put yr hand in and check along the top of bumper from the inside, you should find 2 holding nuts size 13mm
on both sides, thats if its the same set up as my mk2,
