Mend Replace Toilet Syphon

to repair/replace a toilet syphon?

this wc is installed behind a plaster board recess.
i do have access from the top via a shelf covering the cistern which is very restricted.
only 100mm clearance on two sides.
whats my best option, any ideas would be welcome ?

you are going to have to cut a hole in the plaster board to get to nut holding the syphon in the cistern.
