when i flush it only delivers a small amount of water,
if i keep pumping the lever it will empty the cistern,
can i just replace part of the syphon or do i have to replace all of it ? i ask this not because i'm a tightwad, it's because the cisterns bolted to the pan and these bolts are rusty and stuck fast !.
thanx glen, so tho it's cheap to repair this could turn messy because the bolts that connect the cistern to the bowl are 15yrs old, anyhow here i go.

you need to replace diapharm in the toilet,which is cheap ,,,but you will need to seperate syphon from cistern,to undo large plastic nut which holds syphon unit to bottom of cistern
