Mend Hitachi Turn Pressing Power Button

Hitachi 65SWX20B HDTV projection wont turn on?

When pressing the power button on the TV, it comes on for a few seconds. Then hear a click (relay?) and it shuts down before anything is displayed. Looking at center power supply, LED's turn on, then slowly dim after the click noise. What sequence of tips can I use to determine the problem (I do have a service manual).

Update: Found the when pulling the fuse for the high voltage section of the Power supply board, the TV will power up.... Next determine what is causing this section to turn off power.
