Mend GE SS25X Door Close Completely

GE Ice Dispenser - door flap or solenoid?

My door flap on the ice dispenser does not close completely which allows warm air in. It is in a side by side GE Refrig. Is this a problem with the flap or the solenoid? Would appreciate any advice.
