when set on ready to wear, it all of a sudden stops on ready to iron. will not reset will not go to end/anticrease

press and hold the start button in for 5 seconds and see if last program cancels.if not switch off.select delicate program.hold buzzer button in and turn appliance on.hopefully it will flash and beep at you.switch off and on and retry
