dryer is not heating up!!...elements are ok though?

checked all connections and elements and all are ok except the elements are not heating up!!..reset the dryer but no joy! BEKO DRCS 68W.

have you checked the stats on the element.1 stat is normally closed and 1 will give you a resistance reading.common for one to go open circuit
