Mend Xerox Pro 412 Switch Remove Casing

How can I fix Xerox pro 412 workcentre?

My Xerox work centre will not switch on. How do I remove the casing to get at the power supply and underneath the off/ on button. The screws I have undone do not seem to help and I do not want to force the casing.
