Mend Starts Works Fine

My destop starts up but nothing dispalys?

My destop starts up but nothing dispalys. Also my keyboard and mouse are non-funtional with that computer. Everything inside the computer works fine, eg. motherboard lights, fans etc. Nothing at all displays on the screen and it stays completey blank. I would really appriciate your help and advice.
