How do i get RF21 off my proline VR515 vcr?

the RF21 is the frequency at which the rf converter is set at, when you switch it on you should be able to alter this, i change it to 36 as im in the north of England and theres no tv stations near 36, then all you have to do is set it (usually by pressing set), once youve done that turn your vcr on then select a tv channel on your tv that you will be using for you video and tune it to the frequency that you selected for you vcr (so for me it would be 36)
