British Gas 330 boiler not working?

HI my 330 boiler is not showing an error code but it is not working. I have tried the reset button and the boiler tries to fire up but nothing, the boiler is only 3 years old and in good condition. Does anyone know what else I can try or do I have to call in an engineer?
