Not being cheeky but have you checked the room thermostat on the wall is turned up high enough, it might not be calling for heat if its too low. If you don't have a thermostat on the wall its a boiler fault then. Are you sure the timer is calling for heat? Not that often you get a fault like that in my experience, hot water but no heating.
