Mend Thorn Olympic 15/60 Boiler Flue Heating

can I fix my internal flue hood on Thorn Olympic 15/60?

Had an heating engineer look at boiler mentioned above and he said internal flue hood rivets have broken so the hood drops and is affecting the flame output to putting it out after 20mins. It has also started to burn yellow/orange so have not put it on since. Advice needed, repairable or get new? Cannot afford new exactly.
