Mend Tricity 1235B Switched Minute Hot

how can I fix my tricity coronet 1235B cooker?

Brand new but old cooker when switched on for about one minute hot plates heat up but then the cooker trips the circuit breaker and power goes off

try the plates one at a time, if only one trips then it is worn to the point that it is shorting to earth and that plate needs replacing or not using!
